Stop, Drop, And don't breathe in the volcanic ash

So I don't know if you've heard... but this volcano errupted in iceland a few days ago.
This wide spread seismic activity is giving me the willies... yes the willies.
I mean, first haiti has an awful earthquake, then chilie, then indonesia (all the freaking time), then China, then California, and minor aftershocks hit vegas the day before I went! Crazy!
Now volcanoes are errupting, what next, mt. saint hellens times 2. I mean jeez, enough already Earth. Natural disasters are supposed to be restoratives to earths crust, like blush or foundation, but how pretty will the crust look with millions of corpses rotting under it. It doesn't make sense to me. Oh, and did you know, that America is home to two super volcanoes. Basically volcanoes on crack cocaine! The most well known is good ol' yellowstone. Well, it isn't so good... if its super volcano were to erupt, the U.S.A. would crumble. Millions would die, and not from the direct explosions, but from great distances because of the volcanic ash. Volcanic ash is not your regular BBQ ash on the grill. It's dense and cements with water. Its lethal to breathe in, and it can cause roofs to fall in, and it can cause wide spread, nation wide spread power outages. No communication. No one to call. No one to save you. Think about that next time you say, volcanoes can't hurt me here in the U.S. Well, now you know the truth. The question is could you survive without the systems?
